This thesis came with the title of: (The Problem of Rooting In The Islamic Political Thought For Women Mandate, a discussion of the opinion of Shaykh: Al-Ghazali, Al-Qaradawi, and Turabi). The thesis represent the sayings of the jurists in the women mandate for general mandate and supreme mandate (presidency of the states) especially, which made the writer to follow the analytical, critical and deductive approach. The nature of this subject necessitated dividing it into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the basics of research and study.
