أثر تدرج التشريع الإسلامي في تمكين الدعوة إلى الله

This study deals with the case of gradation in Islamic legislation regarding the demotion of some adjudication of “ Faraidh “ and forbiddance of some moduli; and effect of that in enabling “ Dawa “ to Almighty Allah. Also, the study deals with establishing the Islamic values within the nation and that is by delineation the footsteps of the Prophet Mohammed ( peace be upon him) in the “ Dawa”, following his principle and been committed to his straight path; All that is by grace of Almighty Allah to His prophet Mohammed ( peace be upon him). Following the method of gradation in all the prophet’s practical life aspects with his companions and regarding his “ Dawa”. The study underlined that the gradation is a universal Sunn, a legislation Sunna Almighty Allah dictated in this universe; that why evangelists – Muslim’s Do’aa” in general must apprise their Dawa by taking gradation as an guide and bond to reach to what each single Muslim looks for. The study aimed to :- 1. define the concept of gradation in Islamic legislation and how it was a characteristic to it and in the same time it has always been a gradation to Dawa to Almighty Allah. 2. Aligns the importance of this path to advocate non-Muslims to Islam. 3. The affect of gradation in the Prophet’s Sunna. 4. Explain the Prophet’s curricula in gradation regarding advocating to Almighty Allah and how it was a reason to succeed in Dawa and circulation of it. 5. know the impacts of Dawa for gradation regarding the legislation of some religious observances , forbidding some moduli and adjusting their rules gradationally. 6. Also the study will know the negatives in gradation in the nothingness of following gradation’s Sunna or neglecting some obligation. The researcher concluded the following results: 1. That the Prophet Mohammed’s Biography – Assera Annabawia – included some scientific and practical principals regarding application of gradation Sunna the Prophet mainly depends on it in his Dawa to disbelievers. 2. That the Sunna is enriched of “ Ahadees “ – the Prophet’s Sayings- that explained the behavior of the Prophet peace be upon him) regarding building community with Dawa to Almighty Allah. 3. From the study, is clear that the individuality is by warning the clan that is an indication to responsibility gradations related to every Muslim in general; and in particular the Do’a. The Prophet ( peace be upon him) had always been known to bear the responsibilities towards himself as an charged. Also he had been known to carry the responsibility towards his own family efficiently. And he carry the same responsibilities towards all people in general as a prophet and from Almighty Allah. The most recommendation were: 1.The importance of preparing the Daeia with gradation programs to call people to Islam starting from himself whether protecting oneself or constructing, or curing it as an ideal. 2. Maintenance of the five essentials from what is known in Islamic legislation by “ Maghasid Ash-Sharya Al- islamya”. 3. Rehabilitation to Do’a and that is by implementing and preparing a gradation program to promote them in their tasks. And that is by launching training courses by gradation steps to fulfill and carry out their missions efficiently. Teaching and enlightening them the way of cure in what might happen in the future events wisely
