This study aimed at the impact of the strategic planning of human resources in Faisal Islamic Bank and to clarify the concept and concept of strategic planning for the development of human resources in Faisal Islamic Bank and to know the extent and application of strategic planning in Faisal Islamic Bank. The study was followed by the descriptive method and the statistical analysis of the questionnaire based on the collection and analysis of information using the statistical program (Spss). The problem of the study was what is the impact of strategic planning for human resource development. The most important findings were: 75% Study the external environment surrounding the organization In order to identify opportunities and potential threats, the Bank has a clear strategic plan to train, develop and develop employees. The Bank also provides a suitable environment for trainees to apply and practice their activities. The bank's opinion is that the bank has objective bases on which to choose human resources. The most important recommendations are that all banks should develop a clear plan to develop their human resources. Banks should analyze their external environment so that they can take advantage of opportunities and avoid threats. Banks should also develop clear and specific training programs to enable staff to perform their duties as best as possible
