CILJEVI ISTRAŽIVANJA: Ciljevi istraživanja bili su ispitati postoji li razlika u centralnoj debljini rožnice (CCT) u pacijenata s primarnim glaukomom otvorenoga kuta (POAG) između skupina s obzirom na vrstu primijenjenog analoga prostaglandina, postoji li razlika u CCT-u u pacijenata s POAG-om s obzirom na duljinu trajanja terapije te postoji li razlika u CCT-u u pacijenata s POAG-om s obzirom na dob nakon primijenjene terapije. NACRT STUDIJE: Kohortna studija ISPITANICI I METODE: Studija je obuhvatila 91 ispitanika koji su došli na kontrolni pregled na Kliniku za očne bolesti KBC-a Osijek.
