La violencia en el ámbito privado en los y las estudiantes del 6° semestre de la Licenciatura en Administración de la UAN

More than ever, violence in civil spaces (where the university is no exception) is undeniable and undeniable. This problem obliges education to analyze the perspectives that are linked to the recent eruption of global changes, which have had a major influence on the fact that new generations are not guided by their moral or ethical values. As teachers of the Autonomous University of Nayarit we must participate in an education process that really transforms individuals, whether they are men or women, into better people and therefore better citizens, and this will not be possible if we do not involve all the social actors to make visible The problems that need to be solved. The present study aims to make visible the different types of violence that are presented in the private environment of the students of the sixth semester of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration of the UAN, since we consider that it is necessary for the University to be involved in this type of To implement policies that contribute to detect some factors so that within our educational community, actions are generated to reduce short and long term problems of violence. The realization of this study will allow us to detect the reality regarding the violence that UACyA-UAN students live in the private sphere. To do this, a "Detection Tool" was used, which was provided by the Health Services System. In this research it can be observed that violence against women continues to have the greatest impact, however, violence in men Is increasingly being presented and even viewing sexual violence from women to men.Hoy en día más que nunca es indiscutible e innegable la violencia en los espacios civiles (en donde la universidad no es la excepción). Esta problemática obliga a la educación a analizar las perspectivas que se vinculan con la reciente irrupción de cambios globales, mismos que han influido de manera importante en que, las nuevas generaciones no se guían en su comportamiento, por valores morales o éticos. Como docentes de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit debemos participar en un proceso de educación que realmente transforme a los individuos ya sean hombres o mujeres en mejores personas y por tanto en mejores ciudadanos y esto no será posible si no nos involucramos todos los actores sociales para visibilizar las problemáticas que se necesitan resolver. El presente estudio pretende visibilizar los diferentes tipos de violencia que se presentan en el ámbito privado de los y las estudiantes del sexto semestre de la Licenciatura en Administración de la UAN, ya que consideramos que es necesario que la Universidad se involucre en este tipo de temáticas, para implementar políticas que contribuyan a detectar algunos factores de tal forma que dentro de nuestra comunidad educativa, se generen acciones tendientes a disminuir a corto y largo plazo los problemas de violencia. La realización de este estudio permitirá detectar la realidad con respecto a la violencia que viven los y las estudiantes de la UACyA-UAN dentro del ámbito privado. Para ello, se utilizó una “Herramienta de Detección”, que nos fue proporcionada por el Sistema de Servicios de Salud En esta investigación se puede observar que la violencia contra las mujeres sigue siendo la de mayor impacto, sin embargo, la violencia en los hombres se está presentando de manera creciente e incluso se visualiza violencia sexual de mujeres hacia hombres
