The dendroecological analysis of cedars (Cedrus atlantica, Cedrus libani, Cedrus deodara) standing in the Domain of Barres and in the Arboretum of Amance made it possible to redraw the radial growth evolution of trees according to the climate and to understand the mechanisms of decay. The first visible signs of decay were noticed in 2007. The study highlights the major role of the exceptional drought in 2003, which seems to be the triggering factor of the decay process. We also noticed that once weakened, trees had to face a strong biotic stress with an attack of fir's scolytes (Pityokteines spiniden), since numerous bites were listed on the studied trees.L 'analyse dendroécologique des cèdres (Cedrus atlantica, Cedrus libani, Cedrus deodar...
