In the 500-th anniversary of Reformation and the 50-th anniversary of publication the Directorium oecumenicum, worth of remember seems to be the communicatio in sacris realized by Catholics and Protestants Orthodox’s. This article will analyzed the present term of communicatio in sacris that are still used in Catholic Latin Church. After approaching the idea of participation that being developing in XX century, this article will describe norms of administering the sacraments to Catholics and initiation of sacraments by them beyond the Catholic Church. After that, there will be mentioned the conditions of equitable initiation of sacraments for Protestants communities
