The Chiroptera remains from the rissian la Fage cave belong essentialy to the Vespertilionidae. The most abondant species is Myôtis bechsteini which is relatively rare to day. All these bats are phyletically near to the living species but some are larger such as Plecotus auritus some are smaller such as Myotis myotis. Distinction at a subspecific level should be possible when more material is available for study.Les Chiroptères étudiés dans cette note, proviennent du Riss des grottes de La Fage (Corrèze, France).
