Previous results on monocrystalline growth of germanium from liquid phase are extended by the examination of solutions in tin and in mixtures of lead and tin. The mixture containing about 48 % of lead is especially interesting, because it allows the preparation of thick deposits of good crystallographic quality.On a complété des résultats antérieurs sur la croissance monocristalline du germanium à partir d'une phase liquide en considérant le cas de solutions dans l'étain et dans des mélanges plomb˗étain.
