Reflexiones sobre el gerente educativo : una aproximación al fenómeno migratorio desde Venezuela

According to the increasing arrival of the population from Venezuela to the Colombian territory, the present review article aims to analyze how the education system has reacted to the current migratory phenomenon. From there a series of reflections and dissertations are generated that focus on the task of the educational manager as one of the most influential actors in this problem in educational terms, giving a characterization that allows to manage ethically a guarantee of the education right in dispersal timesTeniendo en cuenta la creciente llegada de la población desde Venezuela al territorio Colombiano, el presente artículo de revisión documental pretende analizar cómo el sistema educativo ha reaccionado al fenómeno migratorio actual. A partir de allí se generan una serie de reflexiones y disertaciones que se enfocan en el quehacer del gerente educativo como uno de los actantes de mayor incidencia en esta problemática en términos educativos, dándole una caracterización que le permita gestionar con ética la garantía del derecho a la educación en tiempos de diáspora
