Manajemen kelas merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki para guru di sekolah, keterampilan ini akan memberikan nilai tambah pada guru dalam menghadapi permasalahan perilaku murid di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dimana para guru diberikan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan guru dalam memberikan manajemen kelas terutama dalam hal yang terkait dengan komunikasi, disiplin dan aturan di kelas. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan para guru dalam memahami dan melakukan manajemen kelas terutama dalam hal yang terkait dengan aturan, disiplin dan komunikasi dalam menghadapi perilaku bermasalah pada siswa di kelas
