The journey to inculcate and establish knowledge sharing behavior in organizations remains incomplete. Across all of the studies on knowledge sharing, behavior stood out as a significant variable. Knowledge sharing behavior among individuals were assumed to be influenced by personal factors. This study proposed altruism and perceived usefulness of social network as the main factors to motivate knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) among nurses.
