Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Untuk Mengurangi Nyeri Dan Meningkatkan Lingkup Gerak Sendi Wrist Pasca Pemasangan Plate And Screw Pada Kasus Fraktur 1/3 Radius Distal Dextra Di Rs Pku Muhammadiyah Bantul Yogyakarta

Background: Fracture is a disconnection (discontinuity) between the bone radius and ulna caused by injury to the forearm, both direct trauma and indirect trauma. Colles fractures are distal radius metaphysical fractures, usually occurring 3 to 4 cm from the joint surface with volar apex fracture angulation Silver fork deformity l. dislocation of the distal fragment to the dorsal, and is accompanied by shortening of the radius. Objective: To find out the benefits of IR (Infa red) and the application of hold relax to reduce pain and increase the scope of joint motion in post op fracture cases 1/3 distal dextra radius. Results: After 4 treatments, the results were a reduction in pain with VAS (Visual Analog Scale) from before treatment for 3.4 tenderness, silent pain 1, motion pain 5.7. After 3 treatments, the pain was reduced to 1.8 tenderness, 1 silent pain, 3.2 motion pain. Followed by an increase in the range of motion of the wrist joint was assessed using a Goniometer with the results obtained by LGS motion in the sagittal plane resulting in Extension T1 = 0°-25° while at T4 = 0°-45°, at flexion motion T1 = 0°-20° while at T4 = 0°-40°, at supinasi movement T1 = 0°-30° while at T4 = 0°-30° and at pronation T1 = 0°-15° while at T4 = 0°-20°. Conclusion: The administration of physiotherapy intervention with IR and exercise therapy in the form of hold relax obtained results in the form of pain reduction and increased scope of motion of the wrist joint
