Along with the development of the times, humans are required to be able to move from one place to another quickly in living their lives. Transfer from one place to another to meet the needs of life quickly can be carried out by driving public transportation or private vehicles. Public vehicles can be public buses, public transportation, trains, airplanes and so on. Private vehicles can be either motorized or two-wheeled vehicles. Limited liability companies function to serve the financing needs of motor vehicle loans. Motorized vehicle loans are carried out through a written agreement between PT.Multindo Auto Finance and customers, therefore a credit agreement raises legal responsibility if one of the parties makes a mistake and therefore in this study aims to determine the process of motor vehicle loan agreements between PT.Multindo Auto Finance with customers, To find out the rules of rights and obligations on motor vehicle loan financing between PT.Multindo Auto Finance and customers and to find out legal liability if one party makes a mistake. The method used in this study is a normative method because of the effort the problem examined in the credit agreement is in the form of legal aspects and legal principles. The research results include before the agreement, when an agreement between PT.Multindo Auto Finance and the customer and legal relations arising from the agreement occurred. so it happens that creates a legal relationship that results in the parties having to exercise their rights and obligations.
