ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work stress and a sense of work insecurity on shifting desire in honorary teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation. This research uses Simple Random Sampling technique. The population of this study were 60 respondents, namely all honorary teachers of the Batik Education Foundation in Surakarta, so in this study the census method was used, and the entire population was taken as samples. Based on the results of the research, compensation variables have a significant influence on the willingness to move honorary teachers at the Surakarta Batik Education Foundation.
