In the era of globalization and the demands of competition in the business world that is very tight today, the company is required to try to improve the performance of its business through effective and efficient management of the organization, one of which is delegating part of the work to other companies or better known as outsourcing. This is what was done by the Islamic Hospital of Siti Aisyah Madiun which delegated part of its work to PT Aesha. However, in the implementation of this activity, the work often does not get maximum legal protection in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The workforce becomes the weakest party in the employment agreement with the company that employs it.
