Strategi Pelaksanaan Penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat oleh Baznas Karanganyar Tahun 2018

This research is entitled "Strategy for Implementing Law Number 23 of 2011 Regarding the Management of Zakat by Baznas in Karanganyar Regency 2018". This study aims to find out: (a). strategy for implementing the law no. 23 of 2011, (b). the suitability of the implementation of BASZNAS in Karanganyar Regency in the management of Law No. 23 of 2011. This research is descriptive qualitative, as for the data we collect by interview and direct observation with related parties. Law No. 23 of 2011 is a law on the management of the latest zakat in Indonesia. Previously there was law No. 38 of 1999. The existence of law No. 23 of 2011 is certainly a new paradigm in zakat in Indonesia. In this case, it is regulated in Law No. 23 of 2011 clearly concerning membership and so on. Although at the beginning of the new law there was controversy among Muslims in general and scholars in particular, even this problem reached the level of the constitution. BAZNAS Karanganyar Regency is one of the BAZNAS which is classified as successful in implementing Law No. 23 of 2011. This is because of the strategy carried out by the BAZNAS in Karanganyar Regency in implementing it. The strategies carried out include: first, collaborating with professional people in the process of socializing the law No. 23 of 2011. Second, using power. From this strategy the law No. 23 of 2011 can be applied as a guideline in carrying out zakat. In the management of BAZNAS zakat, Karanganyar Regency is able to manage zakat well. This cannot be separated from law No. 23 of 2011 as a guideline in carrying out zakat
