This study aims to analyze customer loyalty at Larissa aesthetic center. The population of this study is the management student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study is based on non-probability techniques namely acidential sampling where respondents were taken by chance found by filling out the questionnaire that had been prepared.
