The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of learning motivation and learning environment on the learning achievement students of Early Chilhood Education. 2) The relative contribution of learning motivation and learning environment to student learning achievement. 3) Effective contribution of learning motivation and learning environment to student learning achievement. This research includes the type of descriptive research. The population was 164 students with 63 samples taken by propotionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection on learning motivation and learning environment was conducted through questionnaires, while learning achievement data was collected through documentation in the form of transcripts of value. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study answered. 1) there is a positive effect of learning motivation and learning environment on learning achievement, this is indicated by the F value of 53.069 with a smaller significance level of 0.000
