The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of training on employee performance. To test and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Kyriad Grand Master Hotel Purwodadi, where the population was simultaneously used as a sample in the study as many as 82 respondents studied. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis.
