Tanggung Jawab Hukum antara Nasabah dengan PT. BPR Artha Moro Sragen dalam Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kredit Bagi Usaha Perdagangan

Banking institutions are one of the financial institutions that have integrity values in economic life as intermediaries for parties that have surplus funds (surplus of funds) with those who lack and need funds (lack of funds). The bank functions to collect funds from the community directly and channel them back to the community through credit brokers. In this study aims to determine the process of implementing credit agreements, regulations and rights and obligations between the Bank and customers, as well as legal responsibility if one party makes a mistake on the basis of default and unlawful conduct. The method used in this study is a normative method, because of the effort to bring the problems examined in the credit agreement in the form of legal aspects and legal principles. The results of the research are carried out prior to the agreement, when an agreement between the Bank and the customer occurs, and legal relations arising from the agreement occur. After the agreement occurs, it will lead to a legal relationship that results in the parties having to exercise their rights and obligations. If one party makes a mistake or violates an agreed agreement, it must be responsible according to the terms of the agreement
