Dampak Struktur Modal Terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of Capital Structure (DER and DAR) on Profitability (ROE) in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. In this study there were a sample of 44 companies in which the sample selection used the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) have a significant positive effect on Return on Equity (ROE). While partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE). And Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE) on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2017
