HUBUNGAN QUALITY OF NURSING WORK LIFE DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI RSUD SYARIFAH AMBAMI RATO EBU KABUPATEN BANGKALAN

Nurses is the most health worker who contribute to determining the quality of health service. Concern to the condition and needs of nurses will make the high loyalty, and it can give a positive impact to nurse performance. Quality of nursing work life is an effective way to improve the job performance of nurses. This study aimed to analyze correlation between individual factor and nurses performance, also correlation between QNWL and nurses performance. Method: the design of the study was correlational research with cross-sectional approach. The sample was 106 nurses by simple random sampling.
