This research was carried out to determine the viability and motility of Muscovy drake's spermatozoa in a diluter combination of skim milk, fructose and egg yolk. In this research, sample of semen were taken from Muscovy drake. Semen was collected using the manual massage method and evaluated for viability and motility spermatozoa. The semen was divided into two groups. In control (P0) semen was diluted in diluter combination of skim milk and 7,5% fructose, while in treatment (P1), semen was diluted in diluter combination of skim milk, 7,5% fructose and 5% egg yolk.
