However, Surabaya Plaza Hotel can give their best services to their guest, make them satisfied. The writer did her interenship in Surabaya Plaza Hotel as a front officer such as telephone operator, reservation, business center, and reception. During her three months interenship, the writer got many new wxperiance. The writer got a lot of knowledge about basic work at front office department. She also learnt about differences between four stars and five stars hotel especially in its services. for example, five star hotel has a separated bathup and standing shower, while the four star one ha bathup and standing on one set in their bathroom. Furhermore, the five star one also more variant of restaurant , and a luxurious in their room
