The purpose of this research is to know the effect of substitution of rice bran with phytase enzymes in commercial feed on weight gain and feed conversion on broiler. There were 35 broiler chickens CP 707 strain that divided into four treatment groups : P0 (100% Commercial feed), P1 ( 95% Commercial feed and 5% rice bran), P2 ( 90% Commercial feed and 10% rice bran), P3 (85% Commercial feed and 15%), P4 ( 80% Commercial feed and 20% rice bran). The result showed that the difference are significan (p<0.05) to weight gain and conversion feed in all treatment. The conclusion of the research is the substitution of rice bran with phytase enzymes in commercial feed on weight gain and feed conversion had effect to weight gain and feed conversion
