THE EFFECT OF COMBINATION SILAGE, FORMULATED CONCENTRATES, AND UREA MOLASSES MINERAL BLOCK ON FAT DIGESTIBILITY BY RAMBON CATTLE

The aim of this study was to determine the value of fat digestibility of silage formulated concentrate and urea molasses mineral block fed by Rambon cattle. Experimental animals used were 9 Rambon cattle. The experimental design used was the completely randomized design. The cattle were divided into 3 groups for 3 treatments: P0, P1, P2. In adaptation phase, cattle group of P0, P1, and P2 were given silage during 7 days, and then entered to treatment stage P0 (silage feed) as control, P1 (silage feed + concentrates), P2 (silage feed + concentrates + UMMB).This research was conducted at PT. Agro Great Indoberkah which is located in Gembol Sepuh, Wonomerto, Probolinggo. Proximate analysis method had done to obtain the data of crude fat of total feed ingredients then processing data using ANOVA followed by Duncan's multiple range to determine which treatment was best compared with other treatments.The result showed that there were significant dfferences (p
