The aim of this study was to know the Most Probable Number (MPN) of coliform bacteria in commercial pasteurized milk sold by street vendors in Mulyorejo subdistrict of Surabaya. Thirty samples taken from three street vendors in Mulyorejo subdistrict within five weeks. The results showed that 25 samples (83.33%) exceeding the limit of the level of MPN according to National Standard of Indonesia (SNI) 7388-2009. The average contaminant levels was 422 MPN/ml. The highest coliform MPN value was >1600 MPN/ml, and the lowest coliform MPN value was 0 MPN/ml
