This experiment was doing to know the effects concentration of cryoprotectant at vitrification on viability of mice’s embryos. Embryos were exposed to a different concentration of propanediol cryoprotectant, that is concentration 10%, 20% and 30%. Embryos were kept in mini straw and then plunged into liquid nitrogen rapidly. After 2 week, the frozen embryos were thawed in a 30°C water bath and be washed twice in 0,5 M Sucrose. Viability of embryos was examined used inverted microscope. The result showed there have a significant differences (p < 0,05) for embryos survival among treatment of propanediol 10% (46,95 %), propanediol 20%(51,73 %) and propanediol 30% (54,94 %).
