INDEKS PREDIKTIF RISIKO KEKAMBUHAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NAPZA DI KOTA SURABAYA

Addictive substance abuse is the health problem that affect physical, mental and social health. In Indonesia, the prevalence of addictive substance abuse reaches 2.20% in 2015. Rehabilitation program is one of the strategies to reduce the number of addictive substance users but the relapse is common happen to the users that taking rehabilitation. The aim of this study was to develop predictive index of addictive substance abuse relapse in Surabaya. This case-control study was conducted to 39 people in each control and case group. The cases were the person who relapse after completed rehabilitation program, while the controls were the person who still being abstinence after completed rehabilitation program. The samples were obtained using simple random sampling. Data were collected with the questionnaire and analyzed with simple logistic regression test and then multivariate logistic regression test. The result found that there are relation of addictive substance choices (p=0.029), length of addictive substance use (p=0.028) and p=0.024), craving (p=0.000), self efficacy (p=0.000), exposure of the addictive substance abuse (p=0.001), and social support (p=0.000) with the addictive substance abuse relapse, while the age, sex, education, job, marriage, living situation, and impact of addictive substance abuse had no relation with relapse. The multivariate analysis was done and the formulated index was (-3,341 + 1,832 * Self Efficacy (Low) + 1,761* Craving (High) + 1,549 * Exposure of Substance Abuse (Yes)). It can be concluded that the index can be used to screen identify the users who has high risk of relapse and give them intervention to prevent from actual relapse
