Introduction: Cerebral palsy is a motor disorder in children that is most commonly found. The prevalence of this disorder is 1.5 to as high as 4 in 1,000 children. According to epidemiological studies, the prevalence of CP had been increasing, either due to real increase in number, or due to technological improvement in terms of diagnostic accuracy. Eversince its discovery, researchers have been conducting studies to find its etiology, but until today, we still have not known what is the cause and pathophysiology of this disorder.
