Background: One in eight women in the world are threatened with breast cancer. The incidence of breast cancer increases with age. Breast cancer in women under 40 tend to grow more progressive, more aggressive, and often found already at an advanced stage. Methods: This was a cross sectional descriptive study which done to describe the number of events, histological subtype, and clinical stage of breast carcinoma in young women. Results: Of the 136 cases of breast malignancy in young women, found 84 cases (61.76%) with breast carcinoma. Most of them are ages 35-39 years (67.9%).
