Quercetin is a flavonoid that has an activity as a strong antioxidant agents. Nevertheless, quercetin has bioavailability problem due to its poor solubility in water. In order to improve solubility of quercetin, cocrystals method was applied. Cocrystals of quercetin were succesfully produced with succinic acid as conformer at molar ratio 1:1 prepared by Solvent Drop Grinding (SDG) method with the addition of different organic solvents. Their physicochemical characteristics was investigated using Differential Scanning Calorymetri (DSC), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR). The results from DSC and XRD showed that cocrystal obtained with organic solven...
