This study aims to provide an alternative treatment of CRD disease in broiler chickens by using meniran extract. Experiments by using broiler chickens that have been infected with bacteria Mycoplasma gallisepticum then given meniran extract with three levels of dosage. First dose 60%, second dose 62,5% then third dose 65% and giving antibiotic colmic as comparison of result of treatment effect from meniran extract then seen result of total leukocyte and amount of neutrophilnya and analyzed by using ANOVA test. The results of this study is meniran extract with a dose of 60% was able to reduce the total leukocyte and the amount of neutrophils. But the best therapeutic effect of meniran extract is at a dose of 65%
