SUBSTITUSI AMPAS TAHU YANG DI FERMENTASI TERHADAP KONSUMSI PAKAN DAN PERTAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN BURUNG PUYUH (COTURNIX-COTURNIX JAPONICA)

The research aims to determine the effect of fermented tofu (ATF) in the ration feed consumption and weight gain of male quail. The material used 4 weeks age as many 40 individuals. The research design used as completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 repeatation. The used treatments are : P0 = ration basal 100%, P1 = ration basal 95% + atf 5%, P2 = ration basal 90% + ATF 10% and P3 = ration basal 85% + ATF 15%. The result showed that the use of ATF 15% effect on feed intake and improve weight gain quail. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the ATF can be used at level of 15% in male quail rations and can increase weight
