The aim of this research was to identified worm species in the gastrointestinal tract that infected black crowned night heron (Nycticorax nycticorax) at Ujung pangkah Gresik. This study used 20 samples of gastrointestinal tract in the section and continued examination of feces by using native, sedimentation, and floating method with coconut sugar solution as floating mediator because coconut sugar solution is faster in the term of floating the worm egg. The result showed type of worm that Ascaridia galli, Heterakis galinarum from the class Nematode, Choanotaenia infundibulum from the class Cestode, and Diphyllobothrium sp. spesies of worm egg
