PERSENTASE MEMBRAN PLASMA UTUH DAN NEKROSIS SPERMATOZOA SAPI LIMOUSIN POST THAWING SETELAH PENAMBAHAN L-ARGININ BERBAGAI KONSENTRASI DALAM PENGENCER SKIM KUNING TELUR

This research was determined percentage membrane integrity and necrosis spermatozoa Limousine bull post thawing after adding L-Arginine with different concentrations in extender skim milk and egg yolk to increased frozen semen quality. This research was a laboratory experimental with Complete Random Design, consisted of four treatments and six replications. The first treatment P0 no L-Arginine added as control. P1 was treated with 0,004 M L-Arginine. P2 was treated with 0,005 M L-Arginine. P3 was treated with 0,006 M L-Arginine. The data was analysed by Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan method. The result showed that determine significant different between treatments. The post thawing membrane integrity’s result was (P0) 34,37a ± 2,56, (P1) 35,12a ± 2,59, (P2) 38,10ab ± 4,77, and (P3) 40,85b ± 3,82. The post thawing necrosis’s result was (P0) 55,56b ± 6,53, (P1) 52,90b ± 8,04, (P2) 45,21a ± 4,97, and (P3) 41,10a ± 3,94. The optimum concentration added L-Arginine to increased membrane integrity and decreased necrosis spermatozoa in this research was 0,006 M
