The purpose of this study was to know the number and diameter of white pulp of the spleen of mice (Mus musculus) by vaccinated Brucella abortus Strain RB51 and infected Brucella suis. Eighteen mice were divided into three treatment groups which each group consists of six mice, P0- as negative control was given NaCl by intramuscular injection, meanwhile P0+ as positive control was infected with Brucella suis 1x108 CFU/ml and P1 was vaccinated by Brucella abortus strain RB51 0,1 ml and infected by Brucella suis 1x108 CFU/ml, and then sacrified at tenth week.
