The objective of this research was to investigate the growth anatomy of Mojosari duck’s digestive organs at different age and the pattern of Mojosari duck growth. The total sample used in this study was 30 Mojosari duck whose different in age. The observed variables are weight of proventriculus, ventriculus, intestinum tenue, and intestinum crassum. All data were analyzed by Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS) method to find the growth pattern of Mojosari duck and linear regression analysis to find the estimation model. The results of this research showed different growth patterns on the digestive organs which is indicated by added weight of the organ.
