Objective : to compare the tear stability post administration of preservative containing timolol 0.5 % and non preservative Timolol 0,5% in white rabbit’s cornea New Zealand (Oryctolagus cuniculus) for 2 weeks. Method : This is an experimental study on 20 healthy white male rabbit New Zealand (Oryctolagus cuniculus) or 40 eye, weighing between 2.5 to 3.5 kg , will be separated with 2 groups, group 1 with 20 eye was give of preservative Benzalkonium chlorida containing timolol 0.5 % and group 2 with 20 eye will be given of non preservative timolol 0,5%.
