Background: Based on The Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey 2013, Indonesian Infant Mortality Rate and Neonatal Mortality Rate in 2012 are quite high at 32 and 19 per 1000 live births respectively. Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) set a target of reducing infant mortality to 23 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2015.
