UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIINFLAMASI EKSTRAK DAUN NANGKA (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) PADA TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus novergicus) DENGAN INDUKSI KARAGEN

This research about Activity Test Anti-Inflammatory of Jackfruit Leaf (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) Extracxt in Rats (Rattus novergicus) with Induction Caragen. This research aims to determaine the activity of Jackfruit Leaf (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) Extract in White Rats (Rattus novergicus) to see a decrease in volume edema of leg. This research uses an experimental laboratory. The samples are white rats (Rattus novergicus) were randomly divided into five treatment groups ie negative control (CMC Na 0,5%), positive control (celecoxib 1mg/day), a dose of 1 (25 mg/kgBW), a dose of 2 (100 mg/kgBW) and a dose of 3 (250 mg/kgBW). One hour after treatment, the rats induced caragen in it’s left leg. Measurement of volume leg edema before and after induced caragen in minute 0,15,30,60,120 using the pletismometer. The results of this research obtained through normality and homogenity test are p>0.05 indicates that the data are normally and homogenous distributed.
