In 2013 there were 6,800 new cases of TB every year, more than 55% TB patients has not detected yet or has not had any adequate treatment. In 2012 to 2014, the number of the TB suspected patients found at Primary Health Care Dasan Tapen, West Lombok was 37.6% which is still considered low compared to the national goal (50%). The finding of the TB patients at Primary Health Care Dasan Tapen was passive case finding. This research aimed to actively increasing the participation of cadre in finding the new suspected TB by using SMS Gateway.This research uses pre experimental design with pre test and post test.
