Globally, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the prevalence of hearing loss in 2000 were 250 million people, or about 4.2% of world population. Hearing loss can be caused by workers work-related or unrelated factor. Some countries in the world have established that NIHL was the greatest occupational diseases suffered. This research is quantitative with a causal relationship. This research was conducted in the village of Sungai Pinang, district of Daha Selatan, South Kalimantan in September to November 2014.
