Aim of the study: to evaluate long term survival rate after radical cystectomy. Purpose: 1. Evaluate incidence of complication events according to Clavien-Dindo classification. 2. Evaluate 90-day mortality rate after radical cystectomy. 3. Evaluate 5-year overall survival and cancer-specific survival rates after radical cystectomy. 4. Evaluate prognostic factors for survival. Materials and methods: This retrospective study included 209 patients who had bladder cancer and underwent radical cystectomy from 2000 March to 2017 December.
