Research purpose. To determine the value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and CRP in the course of lung cancer treatment. Research goals. 1. Identify the relations between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), CRP and clinical characteristics, morphological expression in patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). 2. To evaluate relation between NLR ratio and progression-free survival in patients with advanced NSCLC. 3. To evaluate relation between CRP and progression-free survival in patients with advanced NSCLC. The participants and research methods.
