The aim of the study was to evaluate the frequency of known tuberculosis (TB) risk factors between men and women which were hospitalized in Romainiai tuberculosis hospital in 2016 after diagnosing lung or extrapulmonary TB for the first time in their life. Objectives of the study were: 1. To determine the incidence of immune disorders (HIV infection, immunosuppression due to organ transplantation, treatment with alpha-TNF-blockers, glucocorticosteroid use (> 15mg / day for prednisolone equivalent> 2 to 4 weeks)) between first time diagnosed pulmonary or extrapulmonary TB (drug-resistant and drug-sensitive) males and females which were hospitalized in 2016 at the Romainiai Tuberculosis Hospital. 2.
