Aim of the study: To assess and compare the most common trauma of preschool and school aged children hand fingers and their treatment tactics. Objectives: 1. Assessment and comparison of hand finger traumas between preschool and school aged children. 2. Comparison of most commonly chosen treatment tactics for children hand finger trauma in LUHSH KC. 3. Comparison of preschool children boys and girls hand finger traumas. 4. Comparison of school aged children boys and girls hand finger traumas. Methods: A retrospective study was planned in LUHSH KC Children Surgery Clinic, Orthopedic Traumatology section.
