Aim of the study: To evaluate the effect of the anhydrous period on less than 32 gestational age neonatal outcomes. Research objectives: To determine the morbidity and mortality of premature 22+0 – 32+6 gestational age neonates, the dependence of the congenital infection and duration of the anhydrous period. Methods: A cohort retrospective study was performed. 22+0 – 32+6 gestational age neonates born in 2017 in Neonatology Clinic of LHSU were investigated. The statistical package of IBM SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis. The study was performed using X2 (chi test). The results are considered statistically significant when p <0.05.
