Malabares como instrumento de sensibilização de profissionais de enfermagem de setores fechados sobre o trabalho em equipe

INTRODUCTION: Intensive Care Units (ICUs) are closed sectors with a high stress load due to the continuous contact with several stress, among them, the absence of teamwork. So, becomes clear the need for elaboration of strategies to create awareness on professionals about teamwork, valuing the subjectivity of constructions of each subject. OBJECTIVE: To analyze juggling as an instrument to sensitize nursing professionals from closed sectors about teamwork. METHODOLOGY: Such a qualitative study, with a descriptive approach, of the intervention type in nursing teams, with the ex-post facto method, through the use of juggling, questionnaire and conversation wheel held at the CTI of the HCU-UFU. The gathering of data occurred between may and june of 2019, being divided in four meetings. The data were organized with the help of IramuteQ and NVIVO software, analyzed according to the Bardin Content Analysis. RESULTS: Eleven subjects participated in the study, with a predominance of female professionals, 9 (81.8%) and 2 (18.2%) males. The age range went from 25 to 38 years. The time of profession extended from 2 to 15 years, data produced were arranged in two sample, and the corpus by the data obtained by questionnaire, was termed "individual data generation", which is subdivided into "individuality before the intervention" and "individuality after intervention ". The second corpus, consisted on the gathering of data in the talk wheel was titled as "Perceptions through social interaction". it was possible to verify that the use of juggling as an instrument to raise awareness about teamwork contributed to increase the reflexivity of the participants, stimulating them to value the process of overcoming themselves and joining knowledge with one another, learning to walk along with the other . FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The application of play techniques with the purpose of reducing the stress of the nursing team, consequently improving teamwork, becomes essential as it stimulates reflexivity and cooperation.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)INTRODUÇÃO: As Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) são setores fechados abarcados de uma alta carga de estresse devido ao contato contínuo com diversos agentes estressores, estando entre eles, a ausência do trabalho em equipe, sendo assim, é notória a necessidade de elaborar estratégias de sensibilização aos profissionais de enfermagem sobre o trabalho em equipe, valorizando a subjetividade de construções de cada sujeito. OBJETIVO: Analisar o malabarismo como instrumento para sensibilizar profissionais de enfermagem de setores fechados sobre o trabalho em equipe. METODOLOGIA: O estudo é de caráter qualitativo, de abordagem descritiva, do tipo intervenção realizada em equipes de enfermagem, com o método ex-post-facto, através da utilização de malabares, questionário e roda de conversa. A investigação foi realizada no Centro de Terapia Intensiva do HCU-UFU. A produção de dados ocorreu entre maio e junho de 2019, sendo dividida em quatro encontros. Os dados foram organizados com auxílio dos softwares IramuteQ e NVIVO, analisados de acordo com a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. RESULTADOS: Participaram do estudo 11 sujeitos, com predominância de profissionais do sexo feminino, 9 (81,8%) e 2 (18,2%) do sexo masculino. A faixa etária variou entre 25 a 38 anos. O tempo de profissão estendeu de 2 a 15 anos. Os dados produzidos foram organizados em dois corpus para análise, sendo que o corpus constituido pelos dados obtidos por meio de questionários, foi denominado “Produção de dados individuais”, o qual se subdivide em “Individualidade antes da intervenção” e “Individualidade após a intervenção”. O segundo corpus foi constituido pela produção de dados na roda de conversa, foi intitulado como “Percepções por meio da interação social”. Foi possível verificar que a utilização dos malabares como instrumento de sensibilização sobre o trabalho em equipe, contribuiu aumentando a reflexividade dos participantes, estimulando-os a valorizar o próprio processo de superação e a junção de saberes, aprendendo a caminhar junto com o outro. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: A aplicação de técnicas lúdicas com objetivo de reduzir o estresse da equipe de enfermagem, consequentemente melhorar o trabalho em equipe, torna-se imprescindível pois estimula a reflexividade e cooperação
